These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Choice Fabrics website and services. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Website and Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features, including pricing. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Business and Resale Requirements

Certain customers may be required to submit documentation, including resale or exemption certificates, depending on the nature of their purchases and applicable law.

We reserve the right to request or require such documentation at any time and to refuse or cancel orders if appropriate documentation is not provided.

Orders and Payment Terms

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

New accounts may be required to prepay initial orders. Approved accounts may be granted credit terms at our discretion.

Open terms, when extended, are Net 30 days from invoice date.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change or revoke credit terms at any time
  • Require prepayment for any order
  • Cancel or refuse any order

Delinquent Accounts

Accounts not paid within agreed terms may be placed on hold.

Past due balances may be subject to:

  • A service charge of 2 percent per month
  • Suspension of account privileges
  • Collection activity

You agree to pay all costs associated with collection, including reasonable attorney fees and legal expenses.

Pricing and Availability

Pricing is displayed to logged-in users and may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors
  • Limit quantities
  • Cancel orders resulting from incorrect pricing or availability

Shipping

Orders are typically shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested.

Shipping method, carrier, and routing are determined at our discretion unless specified by the customer.

Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the invoice.

Expedited shipping options are available upon request at the customer’s expense.

Returns and Claims

All claims must be reported within 10 business days of receipt.

Claims submitted after 30 days will not be honored.

Goods older than 3 months are not eligible for return or credit.

We reserve the right to determine:

  • Whether a return is accepted
  • Whether a call tag is issued
  • Whether goods must be destroyed

Returned Checks

Returned checks are subject to a $30 service fee.

You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney fees and legal expenses, if necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is the property of Choice Fabrics or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods giving rise to the claim.
