How To Order

Thank you for your interest in ordering from Choice Fabrics, Inc. This page is designed to answer your questions about placing an order.

Choice Fabrics is a wholesale fabric distributor. We sell fabrics only to verifiable businesses, retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and other distributors. Please review our New Account Policy.

All customers must complete and sign a Wholesale Agreement and Blanket Certificate of Resale (or Certificate of Exemption). We are also required to obtain a copy of your State Department of Revenue Sales and Use Tax Certificate or Exemption Certificate. We are unable to accept or process orders without a completed and signed Wholesale Agreement on file.

Please use this link to download the Wholesale Agreement and open it on your computer. Print the agreement, then complete it and email or fax it back to us.

There are four ways to place an order with us: order by phone, order by fax, order using the shopping cart on this web site, or order through an authorized sales representative.

Ordering By Phone

If you would like to speak to a salesperson, or to ask questions about products or pricing, call our office at 877-210-0101 and speak to our friendly Sales Department: ask for Paula, Cheree, Jody, or Regina. Our regular office hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday (Central Time Zone).

Ordering By Fax

To place an order by fax, please download our Order Form. Fax the completed order form to the fax number on the form.

Ordering Online

This web site is equipped with a secure, online shopping cart. Authorized users can view fabric price information and add items to a personalized shopping cart. The checkout process allows you to verify shipping and payment information and submit your order.

Authorization Required

The online shopping cart is available to authorized users only. Current customers and new customers who submit a signed Wholesale Agreement will be authorized for online shopping.

The first step to using the online shopping cart is to register for an account on this web site. Supply your name and company information on the registration form as requested. If you are a current customer, we will match your online account to your existing customer account and authorize you for online shopping. If you are a new customer, you must also download and submit a signed Wholesale Agreement, and upon receipt and approval of the agreement we will authorize your account for online shopping. Once authorized, we will send you an email letting you know that you can take advantage of the online shopping cart.

Please note: the authorization process may take a few hours and is only conducted during normal business hours, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday (Central Time Zone).

Login to Shop

Once authorization is complete, you will receive an email letting you know that you can use the online shopping cart. Simply return to this web site and login to your account. You will see prices, including sale prices if applicable, listed for each item.

Use the search feature or browse by category to find fabrics that interest you. Click on any item to go to the detail page for that item. The price per yard will be indicated, as well as the piece size(s) available; the piece price will be shown in parentheses (price per yard x number of yards). Enter the number of pieces of the item you want and click the add this to my cart button. The item will immediately be added to your shopping cart, and a summary of your shopping cart contents will be shown along the right-hand side of the screen including the total cost of all fabric currently in the shopping cart.

Your Shopping Cart

To see a detailed listing of your shopping cart contents at any time, simply click on the Shopping Cart link at the top of any page. When viewing your shopping cart contents, you can adjust quantities, or delete items completely from your shopping cart. Keep in mind that the shopping cart never forgets. You can add items to your shopping cart and return days or weeks later and the items will still be in your cart waiting for you.

Checking Out / Submitting Your Order

When you are through shopping and satisifed with your shopping cart contents, click on the Checkout button at the top right of any page. You will be prompted to select shipping address, shipping method, billing address, billing method, and any special instructions you wish to provide. When you click on the confirm the order button, your order will be sumitted to Choice Fabrics for shipping. If you have problems during the checkout procedure, you can always click on the Shopping Cart link at the top of the page to abort the checkout and return to your shopping cart.

Order Total During Checkout Is Estimate Only

Choice Fabrics' inventory is constantly changing. Frequently, items cannot be reordered since they were closeouts from the manufacturer. We try to keep our web site as current as possible, but occasionally items that you order may already be out of stock. Some items are considered basics and we keep them in stock all of the time - if they go out of stock we will reorder. If you order an item that is out of stock and not reorderable, you will not be charged. If you order an item that is out of stock and that can be reordered, we will backorder the item and ship it when it is available. Either way you will not be charged for an item until it ships.

Each item typically indicates a piece size. The piece size is the approximate size of a piece. A fabric that lists a piece size of 15 yard bolts will come approximately 15 yards to the bolt. The actual yardage will be recorded on the end of the bolt, and you will only be charged for the actual yards on the bolt.

Since approximate piece sizes listed on the web site may vary from the actual piece size, and since items may be out of stock, your order total presented during checkout is only an estimate. As we pull the items for your order we will record the actual yardage of each piece, and you will be charged for only the yardage you receive. Likewise, you will not be charged for out of stock items.

Under normal circumstances, your order will ship via UPS Ground. Once all of the items in your order are pulled, they will be boxed and weighed and the actual UPS freight charges will be added to your order total. You will receive an invoice (or receipt) showing the actual charges for the total shipment once it ships.
